Cancellation Policy:

At The Goalkeepers’ View Academy, we aim to provide quality coaching services and maintain fairness for all our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds. By booking a session, you agree to the terms set out below.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before a session: You may cancel or reschedule your session without penalty. A full refund or credit towards a future session will be provided, as per your preference.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session: Unfortunately, cancellations within this timeframe cannot be refunded unless prior notice has been given. This is to ensure that our coaches can manage their time effectively and offer the best possible service to all clients.

Business Cancellations:

  • If The Goalkeepers’ View Academy or the coach needs to cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or weather conditions), you will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the session.

Consumer Rights:

This policy operates in accordance with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. We guarantee that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Should a session be cancelled by us, we will refund or reschedule as required by law.

Disputes:

  • If you are not satisfied with how your cancellation or refund request is handled, please contact us at thegoalkeepersview@gmail.com to resolve the matter. We will review the situation and aim to resolve the issue within a fortnight. If a resolution cannot be reached, we are happy to discuss further steps, including alternative dispute resolution.

Payment and Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original booking. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of this cancellation policy.
